On Day 6, the objective is the Abbot Pass Hut, a classic stone structure situated right on Abbot Pass, between Mts Victoria and Lefroy.  Needless to say, the elevation gain is significant and the group spends a few hours churning up the rubble to the hut.  En route, the group passes by the beautiful Lake Oesa, a wonderful place to have a snack, soak up some sun and rest for the uphill ahead.
