| In brief, to maintain a break-even budget for this coming year, the ACC will be raising membership fees (effective January 1st, 2004) and also increasing other fees, such as hut fees. This is the outcome of a lengthy and exhaustive examination of every budget item and consultation with Sections and lengthy discussion by the Board of Directors.
