How Much Will the Fee Increase Be?

The budget only shows an increase in membership revenue of $32,000 total.  What this will mean to each membership category has yet to be determined.  The Board members were told that a single membership (national only) could be expected to rise in the region of $7, effective January 1st, 2004.

Section fees would be in addition to the fees shown above.  National feels that Sections should be free to charge what Section fee they feel appropriate.

In the Saskatchewan Section (with the LOWEST Section fee in the organization), the current fee structure is like this:

• basic single membership - $24 (that's $19 National and $5 Section).

After the fee increase, the basic single membership would be around $31 combined.
